Refund Policy

Allscope Communications

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances in which refunds may be provided for services and equipment supplied by Allscope Communications.

1. Services

Allscope Communications provides installation, maintenance and support services for communications and security systems. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or services have been delivered.

If a service has not been performed as agreed, we will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue promptly.

2. Deposits

Deposits may be required to secure bookings, order equipment or commence work.

Deposits are generally non-refundable once:

  • Equipment has been ordered

  • Work has been scheduled

  • Installation has commenced

If a project is cancelled before materials are ordered or work has begun, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

3. Equipment and Materials

Equipment supplied by Allscope Communications is typically ordered specifically for each project.

Refunds or returns for equipment may be considered only if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The return is approved by the supplier

  • Any restocking or handling fees are covered

Special-order or customised equipment is generally non-refundable.

4. Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind once:

  • Work has commenced

  • Equipment has been installed

  • Services have been completed

5. Faulty Products

If equipment supplied by Allscope Communications is found to be faulty, we will:

  • Arrange repair or replacement in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty

  • Comply with Australian Consumer Law requirements

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Cancellations

If a confirmed job is cancelled with reasonable notice before work begins, we may refund any payments made, less:

  • Costs already incurred

  • Administrative or booking fees

  • Supplier charges
