Exclude unforeseen conditions unless specifically noted
Additional work requested by the client may be charged separately.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date

Late payments may incur interest or administrative fees

All equipment supplied remains the property of Allscope Communications until paid in full
We reserve the right to suspend work or services if payment is overdue.
4. Access to Site
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work site, including:

Adequate workspace

Safe working conditions

Necessary permissions or approvals
Delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.
5. Installation and Workmanship
Allscope Communications undertakes to complete work:

In a professional and competent manner

In accordance with relevant industry standards

Using suitable materials and equipment
We will make reasonable efforts to complete work within agreed timeframes, however delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
6. Equipment and Warranties
Equipment supplied by Allscope Communications is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, vandalism or accidents

Unauthorised modifications

Power surges, lightning or environmental conditions

Normal wear and tear
Labour warranty periods may vary depending on the type of installation or service.
7. Limitation of Liability

System downtime caused by external factors

Failure of third-party equipment or services
